Ellington’s future Oct. 5. Ellington Airport General Manager Arturo Machuca will discuss “The Development of Ellington Airport as a Future Spaceport” for the Distinguished Speaker Series Thursday, Oct. 5 in the UHCL Bayou Building Garden Room from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Free and open to the public.
