Clear Creek Winery in Kemah has a lot to celebrate. The Winery has recently won a number of outstanding awards. At the Finger Lakes International Wine competition in New York, Clear Creek Winery won Silver for its Maley Reserve Red Zinfandel, Lone Star Onyx (a Blackberry Merlot) and Campeache Blanc (a Peach Chardonnay). The winery was awarded Bronze for Boot Scottin’ Blush (a Strawberry Zinfandel) and Red Razzel (a Raspberry Pinot Noir).
At the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo International Wine Competition, Clear Creek Winery brought home Silver for their Marley Reserve Red Zinfandel and Bronze for Ocean Blueberry.
The honors don’t stop there. At the Riverside International Wine Competition, Clear Creek was awarded Gold for its Peach Chardonnay (Campeache Blanc) and Red Zinfandel. Silver was captured by the Pomegranate Zinfandel and the winery’s Peach Chardonnay won Gold and Best of Show with a 94 point rating at the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirit Competition. At the NextGen Wine Competition Clear Creek Winery took home double Gold for its Boot Scootin’ Blush and bronze for Campeache Blanc.
