The Clear Creek Independent School District will be open Tuesday, Feb. 23, for learning. With the majority of boil water advisories lifted and the necessary repairs to schools completed, Clear Creek ISD will be operating on a normal schedule with the exception of two schools.
As of Monday, the City of Seabrook remains under a boil water advisory. This impacts Bay Elementary and Seabrook Intermediate. The District anticipates this specific advisory to be lifted as early as this evening or tomorrow.
In the event it is not lifted by 8 p.m. this evening, students at Bay Elementary, Seabrook Intermediate and Seabrook Science Magnet will attend school-to-home. With this in mind, parents should begin planning for a remote learning day for Bay Elementary and Seabrook Intermediate. If the boil water advisory is lifted by 8 p.m., CCISD will send an update to families of students at these schools letting them know that the campuses will reopen tomorrow for students.
